The Opportunity

As an HLTA , you could support secondary schools by leading lessons, covering classes, supporting teaching staff and providing targeted support to students.

You may be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons , supporting individuals or small groups and helping maintain a positive learning environment.

This role would suit an experienced HLTA who is confident working independently, managing behaviour and adapting quickly to different school environments.
