We’re looking for a confident, organised and hands‑on Supervisor to join our team at Edinburgh Furniture Initiative (EFI).
As an EFI Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the service. You’ll support and motivate the team, coordinate daily activities, provide great customer service and help make sure everything runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
This is a varied role, and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking the lead while also getting stuck in. One minute you might be supporting the team on the shop floor, the next helping a customer, coordinating furniture and donations or dealing with the unexpected challenges that come with a busy day.
