Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Full Time (Full Academic Year) Location: Tonypandy

Contract: Full Time | Monday to Friday | Term Time Only

Start Date: September 2026 (or ASAP)

Duration: Full Academic Year

Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join the team at a Further Education Campus for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to support students within a successful secondary school environment, helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

The role will involve supporting students across the school, including providing classroom support, small group interventions and targeted support for students with additional learning needs.

The Role Provide classroom support to students

Work alongside teachers to support learning and engagement.

Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.

Support students with additional learning needs, including SEND.

Help students develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits.

Assist with interventions and activities designed to support student progress.

Build positive relationships with students and staff.

We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people in an education, care or support setting.

Experience supporting students with SEND or additional needs is desirable.

A patient, positive and encouraging approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

The ability to build trusted relationships with students.

A commitment to supporting young people's learning and wellbeing.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Eligibility to work in the UK.
