At Agincare, we know great care starts with great coordination. We're looking for a Care Coordinator at our New Milton Branch who enjoys organising, problem-solving, and connecting the right carers with the clients who need them most.
What we offer: £26,500 - £28,000 annual salary
Refer-a-friend bonus of up to £1,000*
Mileage allowance of 32p per mile

About you: We're looking for someone who is organised, people-focused and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, as well as:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment
A minimum of 1 years experience, or minimum level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
The role of a Care Coordinator Coordinate care services and client schedules
Match carers with clients to meet individual needs
Support the setup of new care packages
Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care
Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls
Participate in the on-call rota when required
Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided)
