Our client is a well-established Cleaning Company who cover the length and breadth of the country, their clients vary from Manufacturing, Industrial, Offices and Retail.
They are currently looking to recruit a Cleaning Manager to be responsible for the Cleaning Operations in a single site operation.
You would be responsible for recruiting and training all the cleaning colleagues and training the cleaning staff within your site.
The Cleaning Manager would need to carry out weekly audits and maintain strong relationships with the client’s management on site.
Candidate’s background & experience: -
Multi-site Cleaning management experience
Strong Client relationship skills
Flexible and adaptable
Hardworking and Proactive
Role is working 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, so will involve working some weekend shifts.
Candidates need to be used to working in a fast-paced environment and for a very demanding client.
This role would suit someone who is used to a Multi Shift Cleaning Management in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates need to be prepared to be hands-on with the cleaning, as appropriate.
