Are you looking for a new role within a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly growing Commercial Finance business where you will be supported to start your highly remunerated career in sales?

Our client is an established, leading Commercial Finance Broker who specialise in providing independent financial solutions that help UK businesses and individuals thrive from their extensive panel of lenders. They are a successful, fast growing business and we're searching for a number of ambitious and highly-motivated individuals to join their sales team in their London office!

As a Sales Development Representative, you are tasked with interacting with customers at the beginning of their sales journey, creating a vital first impression for their brand and speaking with individuals from a variety of industries. A high proportion of the role will be on the telephone, including outbound targeted calls as well as dealing with some inbound leads.

Package:

A competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000

Year 1 OTE of £50,000-£75,000!

Sales Development Representative Role:

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the world of Commercial Finance, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have detailed conversations with clients

Develop a pipeline of prospects via various channels including marketing generated leads and targeted sales lists

Leverage detailed knowledge of the market and competitors in order to communicate the clients' unique selling propositions and differentiators

Contact prospect clients, qualifying their needs and pain points

Book in meetings for Account Managers

Manage and maintain the company CRM, ensuring all client information and sales activity is input correctly and is up to date

Requirements of the SDR:

Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or related roles in any B2B sector

Self-motivated, ambitious with a strong desire to succeed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment

Ability to speak to decision makers
