Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:00

Job Type: Temporary | Ongoing

Pay: £12.71 per hour, paid weekly every Friday

Data Entry Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator / Office Administrator to join a well-established company based at Gatwick Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable and proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy environment and is confident managing a variety of administrative tasks.

You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the business, ensuring information is entered accurately, records are kept up to date and tasks are followed through from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, together with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced working environment.

Previous administration experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate data entry and updating of company records

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems

Carrying out a variety of general administrative duties

Processing and checking information to ensure a high level of accuracy

Following tasks through from initial instruction to completion

Managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively

Communicating with colleagues and departments to ensure information is passed on correctly

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration

Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required timescales

Maintaining a professional and positive approach at all times
