Key Responsibilities:
As a Valuer or Lister at an estate agency, your role involves a variety of responsibilities related to property valuation, client interaction, and marketing.Duties will include;
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about local property market trends, pricing, and demand.
Analyse comparable property sales data to determine accurate valuations.
Client Interaction:
Build strong relationships with potential sellers
Conduct property appraisals and valuations based on client needs.
