As a Software Engineer, you'll join a fast-moving and ambitious organisation where technology sits at the centre of business success. Working within a close-knit technology team, you'll create, improve and support software used across multiple areas of the business. *Remote with 1 day a week in their central Bristol office.
What experience you'll need to apply
Strong PHP development experience using Symfony, Laravel or a comparable modern framework.
Solid JavaScript development skills.
Experience designing and working with relational databases and SQL.
Proven ability to turn business requirements into structured technical solutions.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools and reviewing generated code effectively.
Strong debugging, testing and code review capabilities.
Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exposure to AWS, Linux, CI/CD pipelines or deployment automation would be advantageous.
Experience maintaining or modernising established software platforms would be beneficial.
