About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to design and sell kitchens in a showroom environment, managing projects from initial consultation through to final design and sale. You will play a key role in driving showroom performance while delivering tailored kitchen solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and present kitchens using CAD software (ideally Winner, though other software will be considered)
• Manage the full customer journey from initial consultation to design completion
• Provide expert advice on layouts, products, and finishes
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously

Requirements / Skills

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Designer (essential)
• Experience using Winner CAD preferred (other software considered)
• Strong sales ability with a consultative, customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident, professional, and personable manner
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
