Job Description

Rolls‑Royce SMR is seeking a Standardisation Engineer to champion variation reduction, standard parts, and product optimisation across the SMR programme. You will shape interfaces, supplier alignment and engineering efficiency to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality designs for global deployment.

Hybrid role with offices in Derby, Warrington or Manchester; typically 1–2 days on site. Salary £44,600–£55,000 DOE plus bonus, benefits allowance and pension; 28 days holiday, BUPA, life assurance, and
