LSLi part of the LSL Property Services Group and consists of 9 independant Estate Agency brands is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Website Executive to join our team and support our diverse portfolio of brands. As a Website Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement and optimize digital marketing strategies across our 9 LSLi websites.
As a Website Executive, your primary responsibility will be managing the 9 LSLi websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with the latest industry trends. You will lead technical search engine optimization efforts, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for enhancement. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and website projects.
You will be based in our central York office, with the added flexibility of working from home part of the week, providing an optimal work-life balance.
Main Accountabilities will include:
Understand SEO performance and devise strategies to improve website rankings.
Analyze conversion rates and customer journeys on key pages, optimizing for better results.
Foster collaboration with other digital teams, sharing insights, and fostering innovation.
Liaise with branch contacts to handle change requests effectively.
Utilize SEO tools such as Conductor to assess website performance and implement improvements.
Generate and update monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for enhancement.
Conduct traffic analysis and utilize tools like GA4 and Hotjar to uncover customer trends and opportunities.
Analyze user response and conversions, providing actionable recommendations.
The Knowledge and Expertise required for the role include:
Essential:
Proficiency in website CMSs.
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Familiarity with web analytics and SEO tools, with the ability to conduct quality checks on tracking and reporting accuracy.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Desirable:
Working knowledge of the latest SEO techniques and algorithm updates, including technical SEO.
Experience with Google Analytics.
Familiarity with various SEO tools.
Proficiency in Photoshop/Canva for basic image editing
