Our client, a growing automotive dealer has an exciting opportunity for a business manager to join their amazing team.
The role:
Oversee the Reception team with support from the Group Reception Manager.
Carry out training, reviews, coaching and scheduling to ensure that the team provide a friendly and helpful Reception experience to customers.
Greet customers, notify the Sales, Service or Parts departments of their arrival, and always maintain a high standard of professionalism.
To provide telephone cover and handle enquiries politely and efficiently.
To manage administrative or stocking duties related to the reception function.
To ensure displays and refreshment areas are kept clean, fully stocked and orderly.
Key skills/ experience:
Experience of working in a retail or hospitality environment in a customer facing role for at least two years.
Experience of leading a team would be preferred, but if you can demonstrate transferrable skills and experience and the drive to take on a new challenge, we would like to hear from you.
Confident, professional, smart in appearance.
Basic IT and computer systems experience are essential to this role.
