Triumph Consultants are looking for an experienced Electrician to join their client's Property Services team. You will carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation work across domestic, commercial and industrial properties.

Contract is for 6 months in Sunderland, SR4 0JL.

Electrician – Property Maintenance

Pay Rate: £18.85 per hour PAYE

Location: Sunderland, SR4 0JL

Key Requirements

2391-52 or equivalent inspection and testing qualification is desirable.

IOSH Working Safely qualification is required.

Experience working in a busy repairs and maintenance environment.

Full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation work.

Complete work safely and to the required quality standards.

Work across domestic, commercial and industrial properties.

Follow all health and safety rules and legislation.
