Locations: London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol & Birmingham

Contract | Outside IR35

Up to £450-£525 per day

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Kotlin Developer to join a team delivering secure, scalable, and user-centred digital solutions across major UK public sector programmes.

You'll work with modern technologies on large-scale digital transformation projects, contributing to technical delivery and helping shape best practices across the development team.

Key Skills

Kotlin, Java & Spring Boot

Full Stack development

Microservices & REST APIs

AWS, Azure or GCP

Docker, Kubernetes & Terraform

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps

Agile delivery

Technical leadership and mentoring

Essential Experience

Proven commercial experience as a Full Stack Kotlin Developer

Strong Kotlin, Java and Spring Boot experience

Experience working with cloud-native technologies

Previous Public Sector or Government experience is essential

Strong understanding of Agile development and modern software engineering practices
