The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all operational and business activities across our Sheffield Power facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful project delivery.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Operational leadership and business performance
• Commercial management and cost control
• Project and technical delivery oversight
• Health, Safety, Quality and Compliance
• Team leadership, development and workforce planning

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded leader with:

• Strong operational management experience within power, energy, electrical services, or similar sectors
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering business results
• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
