Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager include:
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating closely with department heads to develop accurate financial plans and targets.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Partner with business leaders to offer financial insights and support decision-making across all levels of the organisation.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance and derive actionable insights.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
The key requirements for this Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role include:
Professional qualification (ACA. ACCA, CIMA).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and other relevant software tools.
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
