Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and providing exceptional support? Our client is looking for an experienced IT VoIP Support to join their growing team. You will be working at our clients modern, vibrant office and on-site at customer premises.
As the IT VoIP Support, you’ll provide field and remote support to VoIP customers and play an important part in installing new VoIP installations. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, provide technical expertise and offer outstanding support to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. You will be working Monday – Friday and our client offers a great benefit package, which includes mobile phone, company car, a discount programme, pension scheme and more!
Responsibilities:
Technical support to customer queries, provide in-depth diagnosis and resolutions
Analyse, review, document and implement change requests
Meet operational needs of the customer by scoping new VoIP installations
Install, program and train users on new VoIP installations while on-site at customer premises
Increase knowledge base by identifying and documenting support procedures
Skills:
VoIP / SIP working experience
Good working experience of IP networks and TCP / IP skills
IP PBX systems experience
Excellent problem solving skills
Experience in writing and speaking to customers within a technical support role
You must hold a full, clean UK driving licence
