Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Essentially you will have a proven knowledge of the laser cutting/sheet metal/fabrication industry, having worked in this environment previously.
The Business Development Manager can expect to work 2-3 days in the office, at either of two sites in the West Midlands, and 2-3 days in the field, vising nw customers. The package will come with a competitive salary, a car, mobile & laptop. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth and building relationships, we would love to hear from you, especially if you are based within the West Midlands/Worcestershire, and have the required knowledge/skill/experience.
