About the Company

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our well-established client, who is seeking several reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team in Luton. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity within a chilled environment — perfect for candidates seeking stability and a long-term career path.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately

Safely lifting and moving boxes within the warehouse

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area

Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Assisting with inventory management and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in chilled warehousing is a plus but not essential

Strong attention to detail

Basic Maths skills and good English (written and spoken)

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Ideally have own transport due to the site location

Must have own safety boots

Benefits:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm

Pay rate: £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.00 per hour upon becoming permanent

Occasional Sunday overtime (9am – 1pm) paid at £19.12 per hour (time and a half)

Personal protective equipment provided (Hi-Vis & gloves)
