Were looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our Active Assistance team, supporting a friendly, independent man living with a spinal cord injury in his own home in Tamworth.

This isnt just about care its about empowering independence, building trust, and being part of lifes moments .

In this role, youll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

Your Role:

As a 2:1 team provide personal care , medication support , and use of clinical equipment

Assist with moving and handling

Drive your client to appointments, outings, and activities (Full clean UK driving licence required)
