Administrator

Location: Spalding

Salary: Up to £27,000

If you're and Administrator in professional services or if you're looking to looking to build a career within a professional legal environment, this is the one for you.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, learning and developing your knowledge of legal procedures and firm protocols along the way. You'll provide administrative support to Solicitors, helping the team deliver an efficient, professional service to clients.

What's the role?

As Administrator, you'll provide support with a varied range of administrative, secretarial and client-facing responsibilities.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge through training and hands on experience, supported by senior colleagues and the wider team.

What will you be doing?

You'll be involved in a varied range of administrative activities, including:

Completing general administrative duties including scanning, printing, photocopying and e-faxing. Providing typing, secretarial and administrative support to fee earners

Transcribing and preparing correspondence and legal documents using digital dictation, word processing and appropriate firm precedents.

Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including reviewing and clearing scanned mail.

Arranging appointments, meetings and travel, and maintaining fee earner diaries as required.
