Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll take ownership of management accounts, forecasting, financial control and reporting while developing your experience across the wider finance function.

This could be an excellent next step for an accountant moving from practice into industry, or an experienced Assistant/Management Accountant looking to progress into Finance Management.

  • Manage balance-sheet control, cash flow and financial reporting.
  • Produce board reports and explain performance and variances.
  • Support multi-company and multi-currency consolidation.
  • Oversee VAT, tax, payroll and pension reporting.
  • Prepare year-end audit information and liaise with external auditors.
  • Support the Financial Controller with financial projects and wider business decisions.

About You

  • ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
  • At least one year’s post-qualification experience.
  • Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills.
  • Advanced Excel ability.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive and keen to develop your career.
