Construction Project Manager An established construction and property consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in Belfast.This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, infrastructure, public sector, regeneration and mixed-use developments.The RoleYou will manage projects from inception through to completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.Key responsibilities include:Managing projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handoverDeveloping and maintaining project programmes and delivery strategiesCoordinating consultants, contractors and wider project stakeholdersMonitoring scope, programme, quality, budget and project performanceManaging project risks, change control and mitigation strategiesOverseeing procurement and consultant/contractor appointmentsChairing project meetings and preparing client reportsSupporting contract administration and statutory approvalsBuilding strong client relationships and supporting business developmentContributing to the development of junior team membersAbout YouDegree qualified in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Surveying or a related disciplineProven experience delivering construction/property projects within consultancy, client-side or contractor environmentsStrong understanding of project management methodologies and governanceExperience managing projects across design, procurement and constructionKnowledge of NEC, JCT or similar construction contractsStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teamsStrong programme, risk and reporting skillsCommercial awareness and an understanding of cost, risk and value managementExcellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsProfessional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent is desirable but not essentialWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsDiverse projects and clients across multiple sectorsGenuine career progression opportunitiesProfessional membership and chartership supportTraining, mentoring and professional developmentOpportunities to work with wider specialist teams and networks
