The Site Manager role comes with a salary of up to £52,000 basic doe, plus up a 25% performance bonus, a yearly profit share (~£8,000), guaranteed overtime and much more.

Responsibilities and duties of the Site Manager role

Reporting to the operations manager you will:

Manage the sites on a day-to-day basis

Working closely with technically skilled teams and providing practical oversight.

Reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).

Conducting and reviewing toolbox talks.

Supporting site compliance, safety and quality requirements.

Ensuring works are progressing correctly and to the required standards.

Being a visible, hands-on presence on site

Professional qualifications

Previous experience as an approved electrician

SMSTS qualified

Salary and benefits of the Site Manager role

£48,000 - £52,000 basic DOE (~90-100k OTE)
