We're recruiting for a Store Manager in Beverley for a successful and growing sports retailer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on manager to take ownership of a store, drive commercial performance and create an exceptional customer experience.

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team, driving sales and ensuring high standards across customer service, visual merchandising and operations.

Store Manager Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day running of the store and store operations.

Drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets.

Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

Take ownership of store performance and commercial results.

Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.

Create a positive and engaging store culture.

Ensure excellent visual merchandising and presentation standards.

Manage stock control, audits and operational compliance.

Use sales reports and commercial insight to identify opportunities and improve performance.

Lead from the front and be a visible presence on the shop floor.

About You

To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager within a fast-paced retail environment.
