Job Description

Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching are working with a specialist SEN school in Billingshurst, West Sussex, who are seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants for both short-term cover and long-term placements.

The school caters for Further Education students with SEN and Physical Disabilities, providing tailored support to help every learner succeed academically, socially and emotionally.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions and help create a positive learning environment for students with additional needs.

GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
