What youll do
Lead support planning and coordinate to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting and experience of working with vulnerable children and young people.
Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach

The practical bits
You'll work a variety of shifts, early shift 7:30 - 16:00, Mid shifts 11:00 - 20:00 and Late shifts 13:00 - 22:00
You will be service based at Towers House Young People Accommodation in Consett.
Service based role working with males and females aged between 16 and 26 years old who are homeless and require support to develop their independent living skills.
Team meetings held once every 4 weeks (included in contracted hours)
You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
