ON-CALL & OVERTIME

Optional overtime is available.

The current on-call rota is 1 in 6, with:

£180 on-call retainer

Time and a half for callouts

Door-to-door travel time paid

Calls are initially screened by a dedicated 24-hour technical support team, helping to significantly reduce unnecessary callouts.
