Are you a patient, supportive, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role in Key Stage 2? A vibrant, welcoming primary school in the Southall area is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Key Stage 2 pupil with additional learning needs.

The school is looking to trial suitable Learning Support Assistants immediately.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant (1:1 in KS2), you will:

Provide personalised 1:1 support to a pupil with additional learning needs
Deliver targeted interventions and adapted learning activities
Support emotional regulation, focus, and behaviour management
Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team
Help maintain an inclusive, positive classroom environment

This role is ideal for a compassionate Learning Support Assistant who is confident working individually with pupils and supporting their academic and emotional development.
