Shape the Future of Care.At Crystal Care Collection, we're committed to creating luxury care homes that deliver exceptional experiences for residents while providing outstanding workplaces for our teams.As our organisation continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and inspiring Regional Director to lead multiple homes across West Sussex, Hampshire and the South East, driving operational excellence, outstanding care quality and sustainable commercial success.This is a senior leadership opportunity to influence culture, develop high-performing teams and make a lasting impact across our portfolio.About the RoleReporting into the senior leadership team, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across your region, supporting both established and newly commissioned homes.Working closely with General Managers, you'll ensure homes are safe, compliant and performing to the highest standards while driving occupancy, financial performance and continuous improvement.This is a hybrid role with regular travel across the West Sussex, Hampshire and the wider South East Region to meet operational demand, with occasional overnight stays where required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and support General Managers across multiple care homes.Ensure homes operate in line with CQC regulations, company policies and governance frameworks.Drive improvements in care quality, operational performance and occupancy.Support the commissioning and successful opening of new care homes.Monitor financial performance, budgets and cost efficiencies while maintaining exceptional care standards.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide leadership development for General Managers.Lead governance reviews, audits and quality improvement initiatives.Monitor workforce planning, staffing levels, recruitment and retention across the region.Investigate complaints, incidents and regulatory matters where required.Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, regulators and external partners.Promote Crystal Care Collection's values and reputation through effective leadership and community engagement.About YouHolds an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or is actively working towards achieving this qualification.Has senior leadership experience within adult social care or another regulated environment.Has experience managing multiple services or complex operations.Demonstrates strong commercial, financial and operational awareness.Has experience managing budgets and driving performance improvement.Is an inspiring leader with excellent coaching and people development skills.Has a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and governance frameworks.Possesses exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Holds a professional, approachable and values-led leadership style.Experience working with local authorities and commissioning bodies.Experience supporting new care home openings or commissioning projects.Knowledge of Person Centred Software (PCS) or similar care management systems.Working PatternMonday – Friday9:00am – 5:00pm40 hours per weekHybrid working with regular travel across West Sussex / Hampshire and flexibility within the South East Region to meet operational needs.What We Offer25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysHybrid working opportunitiesA senior leadership role with genuine influence across a growing organisationThe opportunity to shape care quality, culture and performance across multiple homesA supportive and collaborative executive teamOngoing professional development and career progression opportunitiesIf you're a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and outstanding care, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact across a growing portfolio of luxury care homes.Help us build exceptional teams, support outstanding leaders and ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care.We are currently unable to offer sponsorship.Our screening and recruitment process is conducted in line with Crystal Care Collection's Safeguarding Policy.
