From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.We are currently looking for an Head of Construction - Water who will lead and inspire our teams to deliver safe, high-quality construction projects across an ambitious capital programme that supports a more sustainable future. As the Head of Construction - Water, you will:Lead and inspire high-performing construction delivery teams, creating a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement.Oversee construction delivery across multiple complex projects and programmes, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.Drive innovation and smarter ways of working across the supply chain to improve safety, quality, efficiency and overall performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with Anglian Water, Alliance partners and external suppliers to support successful programme delivery.Take ownership of cost control and resource planning, maximising value while championing environmental excellence and a zero-accident culture.We are looking for:Extensive experience in large-scale construction management, ideally within the water, utilities or wider infrastructure sector.Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, engineering processes and project planning.Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrable experience managing budgets, contracts and key stakeholder relationships.Forward-thinking and adaptable, with a collaborative approach to innovation and change; full UK driving licence required.
