As a junior eLearning designer, you will play a key role in developing modern and engaging digital learning content for our global organisation and external clients. This role will involve closely collaborating with our in-house digital learning and 3D visualisation experts to produce industry-leading online training solutions. Roles and Responsibilities
Content Development
Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content requirements.
Support with the design and development of instructional material, presentations, eLearning modules, courses, and multimedia content using authoring tools and graphic design software.
Assist in the creation of interactive and engaging learning activities that enhance the overall learning experience.
Multimedia Production
Develop multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of eLearning content.
Edit and enhance existing multimedia materials to align with instructional goals.
Quality Assurance
Review and test learning materials for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design standards.
Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of eLearning materials.
Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers, to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Professional Development
Seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills in eLearning design.
General Responsibilities
Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications Required (Technical, Professional, Academic)
Preferred
HNC/HND in instructional design, eLearning development, graphic design, or a related field or 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience Required
Essential
Keen interest in digital learning and multimedia design.
Experience using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Preferred
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Basic knowledge of coding languages or web design.
Personal Skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
