We’ve teamed up with a property-tech start up that is experiencing massive growth across key markets, including the UK & US! In line with this, we’re looking for an experienced and goal-driven Sales exec to help win new clients in key territories and bring bold energy to their growing Manchester operation!
Salary: £22k-£25k
Location: City Centre Manchester
Your responsibilities:
Outbound contact with prospective clients over various channels
Strategically generate new business leads, utilising your skills to identify, research and contact the key decision-makers of potential customers
Assisting in nurturing and learning how to qualify new leads to be turned into opportunities
Be a trusted resource and cultivate relationships with prospects, answering and upselling services where appropriate
Negotiate and close business with clients over the phone
Candidate requirements:
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
Tenacity, drive and a desire to succeed
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude
A passion for learning new things
