You will play a crucial role in building and strengthening relationships with our most important distributors, driving significant revenue growth within your assigned territory.

The Role:
In this exciting role, you will be a strategic partner to our key distributors, fostering long-term relationships and exceeding sales targets. You will develop a deep understanding of your assigned territory's needs, identify growth opportunities, and work collaboratively to develop customized solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Strategic Relationships:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key distributors within your assigned territory.
Conduct regular meetings to understand distributor needs, challenges, and market trends.
Proactively identify and present tailored product solutions and promotions aligned with distributor goals.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Drive Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans that exceed assigned revenue targets.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for market share growth.
Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations showcasing Safeguard Armour's product offerings and competitive advantages.
Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement, constantly seeking to optimize sales strategies.
Operational Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product team to develop co-marketing initiatives to maximize market reach and brand awareness within your territory.
Partner with the product development team to provide insights on distributor and market needs, informing future product development efforts.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, exceeding distributor expectations.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Regularly prepare reports analyzing sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for further growth and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the tactical gear industry or a related field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful relationships with key distributors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and additional languages relevant to your assigned territory (a plus).
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
