Job Description

Painter

Location – Mobile Working, with travel across the East Midlands - Blaby, NWL, Leicester and Northampton

(Travel calculated from: Longfield House, Ilkeston / Grove Park, Leicester)

Hours – 37 hours per week, working Monday – Thursday, 08.00-16.00 and Friday 08.00-15.30

Salary – £32,863.00 per annum

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Painter to join our Internal Maintenance Service; you will be carrying out painting repairs and maintenance to the highest standard for our residents based across the East Midlands. Performing void maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied priorities, there is an expectation you will be multi-skilled to provide an efficient, customer focused service.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will hold a City and Guilds Level 3 qualification, NVQ, or similar, and have broad experience of day-to-day maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied properties.

You will have broad experience working on day to day maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties and will have the ability to undertake a full range of internal and external painting and decoration including paper hanging.

The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers' homes situated across the East Midlands.
