Remuneration Midlands: £40,000 Neg. + £5,000 Bonus and £6,000 uncapped Commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Kitchen Doors & Accessories will involve:
sales position promoting a high end quality range of both manufactured (80%) and distributed (20%) kitchen doors & components
of your time will be spent selling to high end independent kitchen retailers and kitchen showrooms/ studios, as well as timber showrooms
remaining 25% of your time will be spent selling to kitchen manufacturers, cabinet manufacturers / OEM’s
a territory that is currently performing below budget, so fantastic opportunity to make a name for yourself
account management/ account development, 40% new business development
with growing the area from circa £600,000 turnover to £900,000
have grown with no/ little field sales representation
100 trading accounts, 200 non spending accounts to target
closely with and reporting into the National Sales Manager
The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Kitchen Doors & Accessories with:
sales experience selling into independent retail showrooms
industry experience preferred but open to the wider KBB market
to hit the ground running
demonstrate longevity in career (i.e. not a job hopper) and sound career progression or excellent reasons for quick career moves
directly for a manufacturer would be advantageous
selling technical or fashion related products
sold high end products rather than on price
with working in a competitive environment
people person with a genuine desire to succeed
dynamic and self motivated
