VolkerStevin is looking for an experienced Project Integration Manager to support the delivery of a major defence infrastructure programme in Plymouth.

This is a unique opportunity to work across engineering, construction, commercial, planning, health & safety and stakeholder teams, ensuring projects are fully prepared for delivery and meet the highest standards of governance, assurance and performance.

Due to the nature of the project, applicants must be UK Nationals and either hold, or be eligible to obtain, Security Clearance (SC) . Candidates with existing SC clearance are particularly encouraged to apply.

The Role

Reporting into the project leadership team, you will provide oversight of project assurance, readiness, governance, risk management and delivery integration activities. You will challenge, support and influence teams to ensure projects are ready for mobilisation, risks are effectively managed and actions are completed.

You will also play a key role in capturing lessons learned, improving project performance and supporting both pre-construction and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration across delivery, engineering, commercial, planning, H&S and stakeholder teams.

Manage key project interfaces, dependencies and risks.

Drive ownership and close-out of actions arising from reviews, meetings and governance forums.

Lead readiness reviews for critical project activities.

Coordinate project assurance reviews and monitor completion of actions.

Oversee project risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation measures are implemented.

Support the management of CDM and construction risks through design and delivery.
