Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator?

We currently have a temporary Administrator role available with DS Smith. This role is ideal for someone with previous admin and data entry experience

Role: Administrator

Shifts: Monday - Friday 9 - 5

Pay: £14ph per hour

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: DS Smith Packaging, South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH

100% site based

Main tasks include

  • Organising training records
  • Scanning, uploading and organising documents online
  • Answering the telephones and passing on messages in a professional manner.

Data entry Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of Google suite & Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude with ability to prioritise a range of different tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with other members of staff at all levels of the organisation.
  • Confident, enthusiastic and tenacious
  • Previous admin or customer service experience
