We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT here at Framatome UK!Energise Your Career with Framatome UK – Powering a Safer, Smarter Nuclear FutureWe are currently seeking an IT Co-ordinator to join our team in Bristol, Avonmouth to support with the successful planning, governance, delivery and continuous improvement of IT projects and initiatives.Working across business and technology teams, the IT Co-ordinator ensures projects are delivered efficiently, transparently and in line with business objectives and IT strategy.What will you be doing?Project Coordination & DeliveryCoordinating the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects and work streamsSupport Project Managers and IT leadership in managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables and dependenciesTracking project progress and ensure timely completion of agreed actionsMaintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance artefactsFacilitating project meetings, workshops, and steering committees, documenting actions and decisionsMonitoring project risks, issues and changes, escalating where neededSupporting resource planning and capacity management activities across the IT portfolioDelivery Framework & GovernanceChampion adherence to IT project delivery methodologies, governance and best practiceEnsuring projects comply with established delivery frameworks, stage gates and approval processesMaintaining governance documentation, templates, reporting standards and project controlsSupporting portfolio reporting by consolidating project status updates, KPIs, milestones and delivery metricsDriving continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery governanceAssisting in the development and implementation of PMO and project governance frameworksSupporting audit, compliance and regulatory requirements relating to project delivery activitiesStakeholder ManagementBuilding strong working relationships with different stakeholdersCentral point of coordination between project teams, users, vendors, and leadershipInforming stakeholders of progress, risks, issues, and decisionsFacilitating effective communication across departments and organisational levelsSupport stakeholder engagement activities, including requirements gathering, impact assessments and change planningManaging meetings schedules and communication plansVendor & Third-Party CoordinationCoordinating activities with technology vendors and external service providersMonitoring supplier deliverables against agreed timelines and requirementsSupporting contract, service review and performance tracking activities where requiredEscalating supplier issues and risks to project and IT leadership teamsReporting & AdministrationProducing regular project status reports and executive summariesMaintaining project repositories and document management systemsEnsuring accuracy and completeness of project records and governance documentationSupporting budget tracking, purchase requests and project financial reporting where requiredProviding administrative support to project boards and governance forumsWhat are we looking for?EssentialExperience coordinating IT projects, programmes, or technology initiatives and supporting project governance and delivery frameworksStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)Excellent stakeholder managementCommunication skillsStrong organisational and planning abilitiesAttention to detailExperience managing risks, issues, actions, and dependenciesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePointPrioritise in a fast-paced environmentDesirableExperience within a PMO or IT delivery functionKnowledge of ITIL practices and service management processesExperience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday. com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or COEDM3Professional certifications such as:PRINCE2 Foundation/PractitionerAgile Foundation or Scrum certificationPMQ, PMP, or equivalentITIL FoundationKey CompetenciesProject CoordinationStakeholder ManagementGovernance & CompliancePlanning & OrganisationCommunication & InfluencingRisk & Issue ManagementContinuous ImprovementCollaboration & TeamworkProblem SolvingAttention to DetailWork pattern: HybridBenefits we offer:25 days annual leave per year rising by 1 day for every 2 years worked (max 30 days) + Bank Holidays8% employer pension contribution with employee 1% contribution (salary sacrifice)Employee assistance programme (EAP)Our benefits package also includes Individual and family private health care, Dental insurance – individual cover, Cashplan – Level 2 cover -
