Job Description

Support Worker – Learning Disabilities

Location: Leamington Spa

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (36–40 hours per week)

Salary: £12.88 per hour

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic and committed Support Workers to join our teams in Leamington Spa .

We currently have opportunities available within our Short Breaks (Respite) Service . While each service offers a different working environment and shift pattern, both provide rewarding opportunities to support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.

About the Role

Short Breaks Service

Our Short Breaks Service provides a welcoming home-from-home environment where customers stay from one night to two weeks, helping them build confidence, independence and life skills.

You'll support customers with daily living, personal care, medication, meal preparation and community activities including gardening, sports, shopping, cafés, cinema visits and much more.

Shift patterns include:

Early shifts

Late shifts

Split shifts

Weekends

Sleep-ins

About You

We're looking for people who are:

Caring, compassionate and reliable

Passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities

Keen to learn and develop

Previous care or relevant support experience

A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
