Registering deposits and handling end of tenancy disputes between landlord and tenant
Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify any issues requiring attention.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Facilitate the leasing process, including screening potential tenants, drafting tenancy agreements, and conducting move-in and move-out inspections.
Foster positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant satisfaction and retention.
Being pro-active in chasing arrears and management issues, whilst updating both tenants and landlords on such issues.
