Software Engineer III - AI Engineering

As an AI/ML Software Engineer in our team, you will deliver AI/ML projects through the full development life cycle using Agile methodology. You will transform business requirements into technical specifications, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery. You will create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that integrate seamlessly with our systems. Your role includes producing architecture and design artifacts, developing visualizations and reporting from large data sets, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also contribute to our software engineering communities and explore emerging technologies.Deliver AI/ML projects through the ML development life cycle using Agile methodologyTransform business requirements into AI/ML specifications, define milestones, and ensure timely deliveryExecute solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approachesCreate secure and high-quality production code, maintaining algorithms that run synchronously with systemsProduce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are metGather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data setsIdentify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architectureContribute to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new and emerging technologiesFormal training or certification in software engineering conceptsExperience as a hands-on practitioner developing production AI/ML solutionsFamiliarity with agentic workflows and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Auto-GPTDeep knowledge and experience in machine learning and artificial intelligenceExpertise in at least one area: Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Knowledge Graph, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, Reinforcement Learning, Ranking and Recommendation, or Time Series AnalysisKnowledge of data structures, algorithms, machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, and statisticsUnderstanding of machine learning frameworks: Tensorflow, Pytorch, pyG, Keras, MXNet, Scikit-LearnStrong programming knowledge of Python and Spark; proficiency in vector operations using numpy, scipy; experience with distributed computation using multithreading, multi GPUs, Dask, Ray, PolarsFamiliarity with AWS Cloud services such as EMR, SagemakerOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleSolid understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and securityPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExposure to cloud technologiesJoin us to shape the future of technology through AI and machine learning.
