Responsibilities
As an Adjustamatic Field Sales Representative, you'll:
Attend pre-booked, qualified appointments in customers' homes
Build a report and understand customers' individual needs
Conduct professional consultations and product demonstrations
Demonstrate our adjustable beds, riser recliner chairs and therapy products
Recommend appropriate solutions honestly and professionally
Handle questions and objections confidently
Guide customers through the purchasing process
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Follow company sales, compliance and customer-care standards
Represent the Adjustamatic brand professionally
Take ownership of your performance and earning potential
Skills & Experience
We're looking for people with the right attitude as much as experience . Full training is provided.
You'll be:

Organised and comfortable managing your own schedule
Target-driven and motivated by commission-based earnings
Confident working independently
Essential
Full UK Driving Licence
Access to your own reliable vehicle
Willingness to undergo a DBS check
Desirable
Previous field sales or direct sales experience
Experience in face-to-face, consultative or home-based sales
Experience in a target-driven or commission-based environment
Experience handling objections and closing sales
No industry experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
