About You
You’ll be exceptionally passionate about quality and 'right first time.’
A 'customer first’ approach will be second nature.
You’ll be keen to progress and undertake further training or qualifications where necessary.
A proven success in a Quality based role gained within a fast paced environment is a must.
You’ll have proven success in the maintenance and improvement of an ISO certified QMS.
Experience of quality tools and techniques such as root cause analysis, DoE.
It would be great if you have a formal qualification in quality, although this isn’t essential.
About the Job
You’ll take the responsibility of ensuring products are manufactured meet the customer specifications.
QMS maintenance that complies with ISO9001.
You’ll lead a small team, you’ll be able to influence and motivate to ensure goals are met.
You’ll ensure internal audits are carried out, you manage the process for investigations and the timely closer of customer complaints, CAPA’s and NC’s.
You’ll work closely with the product development and engineering teams on projects.
You’ll assist the supply chain team in supplier approval and monitoring.
Facilitate FMEA & root cause analysis.
