Basic Salary: £35,882.69 with realistic expected earnings of up to £50K thanks to our unique price-work structure; ADDITIONAL payments for repairs, long duration works, stand-by & on-call

Your role
You will be carrying out servicing and maintenance in domestic Social Housing properties, aiming for first-time fixes with the support of our 24/7 network
What we need from you
Hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Hold 2 year's minimum qualified experience
Be ACS qualified, including CCN1 , CENWAT , HTR1 , & CKR1
Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards whilst offering excellent customer service
