Overview

This is a national role that requires regular travel across the UK for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

As a Contract Manager you will contribute as part of the senior team to the strategic direction of the division and translate strategy into operational action plans to improve both operational and financial performance.

  • Ensure effective team communications and delivery of the business plan through engaged teams
  • Ensure the effective mobilisation of all contracts, subcontracts and future business opportunities
  • Driving innovation and consistency, including marketing, promotional activities and food presentation
  • You will proactively build and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities to develop and grow the business

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working at strategic level and delivering ambitious growth targets and set KPI's in a challenging environment
  • Confidence in managing set budgets, forecasting and business planning
  • Ability to plan, monitor, analyse and implement changes to support business goals, objectives and growth
