About the Role
As a Trainee Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced staff to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Working with children with SEND, including Autism,
Encouraging confidence, independence, communication, and emotional regulation
Supporting learning across literacy, numeracy, and intervention sessions
