Warehouse Operative with Forklift

Job Title: Warehouse Operative and FLT Driver (Counterbalance B1)

Location: Dundee

Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour

Hours: 36-37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday - Overtime potentially available

Contract: Temporary, with potential for long-term or permanent opportunity

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced FLT Driver to join a fast-paced and well-established manufacturing operation in Dundee.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled forklift driver seeking stability, structured training and clear opportunities for progression. You will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials and finished goods are handled safely, accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and in line with site procedures
Transport raw materials and finished products across the site
Support production teams by ensuring materials are supplied as required
Load, unload and store goods in designated areas
Maintain accurate stock handling and movement records
Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance FLT (B1) licence - essential
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or production environment
Strong understanding of health and safety practices
Reliable, proactive and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Shift Pattern

Day Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm
