Position: Assistant Quantity SurveyorLocation: MaidstoneSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOEBennett & Game are representing an established construction contractor who are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.Based in Maidstone, the company has a turnover of circa £5m and specialises predominantly in high-end residential construction, alongside a selection of commercial projects. Their work includes bespoke residential builds, refurbishment and construction projects, with schemes typically ranging from £500k to £2.5m. All projects are located within approximately one hour of the Maidstone office, providing a predominantly office-based role with limited site travel.This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with around 1-2 years' experience to develop their commercial career within a close-knit contractor.
